This two-day course aims to introduce participants to the foundations of Islamic spirituality and the journey of spiritual wayfaring (sulūk) based on the teachings of the Qur’an and the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the Ahl al-Bayt (a).
The course will explore the purpose of human existence, the purification of the soul, the relationship between outward religious practice and inner spiritual transformation, and the steps a believer can take toward developing a deeper connection with Allah (swt).
The goal of this program is to provide attendees with an accessible introduction to Islamic spirituality and inspire them to pursue a more meaningful and conscious relationship with their faith.

Understanding the spiritual dimensions of Islam
Learning about the path toward closeness to Allah (swt)
Developing greater awareness of the heart and soul
Exploring concepts such as self-purification, remembrance of Allah, sincerity, and spiritual growth

Younger children can be accommodated for a $10 fee per session with supervised play in the gym while parents participate in the program.
