Ocean of Knowledge: Quran Course
Hadi Qur'an Academy offers a structured weekly program that helps students strengthen their Qur'an recitation while also benefiting from a Tafseer Dars session centered on Islamic learning, character, and spiritual growth.
Course Details
Duration
Three Month Course: Saturdays starting April 25th (Orientation) from 11:30AM - 1:30PM
Format
Gender-separated recitation groups followed by a combined Dars w/ Sayyid Hassan.
Age
Open to all ages, as long as the participant meets the enrollment prerequisite.
Enrollment
Registrants will be placed in their respective classes on the first day of the course.

Course Levels
The academy uses a progressive recitation model so students can grow step by step through increasingly advanced levels. Students will be placed in one of three levels after evaluations:
Makhraj & Basic Recitation: Foundational Pronunciation, Articulation & Basic Recitation Skills.
Fluency: Builds Smooth, Confident Recitation with Tarteel.
Tajweed: Advanced Development in Tajweed Rules, Precision, and Refinement.

Male recitation sessions are held in one part of the building.
Female recitation sessions are held in another part of the building.
On each side, students are grouped by recitation level: Makhraj, Fluency, and Tajweed.
Each group is led by its own instructor and arranged for focused small-group learning.

After recitation, all participants come together for a shared Tafseer Dars (lesson) led by Sayyid Hassan.

Younger children can be accommodated with supervised play in the gym while parents attend and students participate in the program.

Students should be able to comfortably read small Arabic words. This ensures they are ready to benefit from the recitation curriculum.
